Nine Days

Yeah so I was talking to Erin today and we both talked for a while about how much Nine Days means to us and how greatful we are to the band. I can never say it enough how much I love and how greatful I am to this band. With out Nine Days I wouldnt have the great friends I have and love. If it werent for Nine Days I wouldnt have music that I could listen to over and over again and every time I hear it love it more...both Nine Days music and other bands that iv come across because of them. I seriously would not be who I am today if it werent for my experiences and how life has passed me with Nine Days in my life rather than them not have been. I wouldnt change a thing nor would I want to be any different than I am today. I thank the band a million times from the bottom of my heart, you mean the world to me.
I havnt been able to post as much as id like to any more because of work and such but believe me every day I think of the band. I went out to eat sunday night at chilli's and guess who came on...i couldnt help but sing and smile and not care that the ppl in the other booths were looking at me or our waitress trying to clear our plates as I sang.

Hardly any bands that i know of are as close to thier fans as Nine Days are to thier fans and thats half of the reason i love them so much...no matter how hard things get, they always take time to let us know whats going on the best they can...

My whole point in this is the band and my support
No matter which direction you choose to go in I shall be following close behind...

I totally agree with all that. Nine Days is awesome!! I think if I'd chosen any other artist for the speech I did, it would not have been as good. Especially with the "This is the story of a girl..." introduction, that was awesome.

Anywho, I mentioned in my speech the connections they have with the fans and how awesome I think that is. I haven't been to a concert, but I can tell just from what you guys say, and what John says on here that they are very dedicated to their music and their fans, and that's great.

I completely support the band as well, .

I was just talking to Lissa the other day about this. I met her in November at an ND show and now we have been to 2 other ND shows together, and a few other concerts as well (and of course we cant forget the zany adventures attached to those shows...)
She graduated last week from high school and on her card I specifically wrote that we owed our friendship to ND because otherwise we never would have met. (thanks John!)

Yes, but if you think about it, if it weren't for Nine Days, your car's front bumper would still be intact.

But seriously, I can't believe when I ask people what their favorite band is and they just say "Oh, I don't really have one, I just listen to whatever's on the radio." You gain so much from really getting into a band and attaching yourself to them. You meet some amazing people and have some crazy experiences. Nine Days is no exception. It blows my mind on all the stuff that would not have happened had I not gotten into this band.

I love the people I've met because of this band. (Although Erin and I became friends because of I noticed she mentioned my brother's band in one of her posts waay back when hahaha). Erin, Rachel (we WILL get our happy birthday songs, damnit), Steph, Tracy (the first person from this board I talked to!!), Sofia, Amy, Colleen, Scott, Hils, Hols, Monica, Lou, Christina.....I adore you all so very much. The three who posted before me put it much more eloquently than I ever could, but I know how much Nine Days and this whole community has changed me and been so wonderful......
