20-25 pound salmon

about 2.5-3 feet long, 20-25 pounds, yea who caught it?? Hmmm that would be me! I got the biggest fish on the boat. EAT that Scott!

Well there is plenty to go around, i think half of it is going to be smoked and half is going to be barbequed.

hmm..I never smoked salmon before...Try anything once, right?

Smoked salmon is a little bit of an acquired taste, but it is SO GOOD - and not just on bagels

Ummm there may be one in the carribean, but there is also one in northern california.

There's a kind of chocolates called "trinidads"...they're creamy dark chocolate inside white chocolate with milk chocolate drizzled over the top, and usually some cocoa shook over them too. They're good. I'm not sure how they'd taste with smoked salmon...

Speaking of salmon, I'm making salmon for dinner when I get home from work. But it's not freshly caught. Poop.
