OT: Splender...

I dunno if there's any other Splender fans here (Besides John that is), but in case there are and they haven't heard, the band has broken up. You can read the "official" announcement here:

which sucks, because i loved both of those bands' first albums.
with SHU, i think ND actually improved a whole lot.

see, i thought splender's 2nd album was way better than their first. their first album had 3 songs too many. their 2nd was 10 songs and all 10 rocked. i sucks that they broke up, though. i wanted to see them live. oh well.

I discovered them when I was interning at RCA and I got some free CDs and posters. Its a shame they broke up...I was really getting into them

first. i agree with splenders second album. had some good songs but not great... their first was amazing

stroke9 is amazing. their first cd was awesome and their second is just as good.

I like their single on the second cd.. save it for later.

first cd was slow and boring except for their single.. I put that on auto-replay for like an hour one night way back when.. ear phones and all.. started screaming along to the lyrics and my mom came in and yelled at me to get back to my homework.. yeahhh..

i loved their first cd but i never got their second one but i love the single off of it my work plays it al the time

what really...i just came out of a cave. where has this info been. they where a pretty good band, had their cd's and heard them on the radio a few times. wow...i saw them a couple years ago and they were nice too. it's a shame but these things happen.
