last night i was at rehearsal at the local univerity's school of music for an orchestra like i am every week, and we were in the middle of rehearsing the 2nd movement of the Finale' by Dvorak...and there was one part, someone wasnt getting the chord right, and the professor, runs to the piano and plays the chord...and low and behold it is the opening chord of GOOD FRIEND....my eyes poped open...
then everyday at lunch i sit with my friends...2 of which are Emily and Justine
Emily reminds me of nine days just because of her name....and Emily is a wonderful nine days song
justine on the other hand, is obsessed with Absolutely and sings it all the time...just to tease me
and i have a million more nine days moments throughout my day, but i cant remember them as i am typing here

I believe it was 2000 to 2001 where I was listening to Madding Crowd songs like a crazy mofo and I didn't even know they were "new." I just thought they were some awesome band that also sang Absolutely! (Well they are)!
Anyhow, I can't really explain it unfortunately but I just see love as a resounding and continuing aspect of their songs. It's not really a secret but what I'm saying is that I had my first real big relationship and severe break up back then and it was a lot of Nine Days, a lot of wonderful times, ,and a lot of painful times.
