Stuck in your head at the wrong time

Have you ever had a Nine Days song stuck in your head at the wrong time? Not that there's ever a wrong time but I had this teaching assistant named Emily for physics, and I swear everytime I talked to her to ask about some evil physics homework question, I'd have "Emily" blasting at full volume somewhere in the back of my head. Which is good cuz I like the song a lot, but which was really bad when I was trying to figure out physics. hehe

I listened to Nine Days constantly on the bus on a trip with the marching band to Florida one year, and throughout the whole trip I had "Sometimes" in my head. It later become my favorite song like..ever. Go figure, lol.

I've had songs in my head when I was trying to do homework too, hehe.

The worst song to get in your head is "Picture". I know that's not by Nine Days, but it always gets in my head and it's annoying! lol. It doesn't help that it's always on the radio, on every station. Ohhh well.

Right now Ive got in my head that fantastic lyric that goes"....la la la Bin-Laden".
Im giving it a 9 cause its got a good beat and you can dance to it!

I have songs in my head constantly! It drives me insane, well sometimes. Try to avoid getting songs in your head when your taking some importants tests. <--- Test taking tip of the day

Know what you mean about how Nine Days songs get stuck in your head. In my art class there is this guy who is painting a picture of two ducks in a pond. So everyday in art i end up with the line "and by the duck pond she said" stuck in my head. this really interferes with my next class, which just happens to be physics.......

I "constantly" think of Back to Me.. anyone who has really had a "super" and emotional ride with a girl/ boy and loves Nine Days will always think that way.

My advice... refrain from listening to catchy music while studying for an exam... because when you are taking that exam the next day, you won't remember a lick of what you were studying but you will be dancing away... Or headbanging or moshing or... not thinking of the exam.

oh God, that is so true. all through the science section of the ACT i had britney spears ....baby one more time on repeat in my brain.

although, song lyrics can make the most boring classes fly by. you know what i had to show for a year of 9th grade geometry? a spiral notebook full of song lyrics. i used to write them down from memory during the lectures.

ahhhh, the good old high school days....

Of course music can help you to remember stuff too. For example trying to memorize the gettysburg address to the tune of mmmbop.........not going to mention anynames
