ya know how everyones talking about a possibility of a biological attack & taping up your window. it sux if something actually happens then i here you only have like 5 hr worth of air left. Why isn't the gov't telling everyone to also run to home depot & pick up some plants which will provide air to your house hold, just woundering if it would work?

and why, i wonder, would anyone want to live just 5 extra hours in a taped up room when everyone else all around them is either also taped up and trapped in their house or else dead? that's what i don't get. if there's some massive nuclear attack, i would rather be dead instantly than be the one person who built a bomb shelter and end up being the only one in a 11 mile radius who has to live through the aftermath....i don't know. this is depressing.

Nobody hits the same country twice. Plus, are asylum laws are so ****. So anybody wanting to do us harm is already here. Which is a scary, scary thought.

I agree... if you can't duct it, **** it. My little cousin is 15 and for forensics he did a sales pitch... and he did it on the many uses of duct tape! And he's going to state finals with it! How cool! My little cuz rocks.

But in all seriousness. This biological attack is pretty depressing and scary. I have to agree though. Why don't we all go get some plants!?!?! Like a heap of them... I wonder if that would work. I honestly don't have a clue. I am behind on world news... Over to cnn.com I go...

Duct tape is great. In show choir last year, one of the juniors got duct taped by a bunch of dads and carried around the hotel. And it was all taped of course! It was hilarious!

I don't know if the whole plant thing would work, unless there was a window. Cause the plants need the suns radiant light energy to perform photosynthesis. (sorry, we're learning about this in bio).

Pretty much there is no need to worry about anything. There is no point. What is going to happen will and there is nothing we can do about it at this point. Just do what you normally do when you normally do it. I flew to NY 2 weeks after sept 11th and refused then to be afraid of things I can not control and I will continue doing that. I'm flying back to NY next weekeend too. If something happens it does but there is no way i'm going to live my life worrying about it.

Ok there is biological and nuclear.. two different things..

And like other people said a nuke will just kill.. that's why it's a bomb etc.

Anyway.. security is tightend up like a mofo.. while people are crying about no war and praying for peace.. people are out there prepared to die and actually insuring peace.. not everything will be picture perfect with zero lives lost but we will come out better in the end.. 20 years from now we will thank those before us and we will still be young enough to enjoy a more free world.. after this I'll actually want to visit Iraq..

To quote an Iraqi resident, "I think the Americans are coming."

Those who understand the magnitude of that comment will have at least one tear forming in their eyes.

bottom line is that you it's no use to worry about things you have no control over.......you can cry about them, and that's good, because it's an emotional release, and you can pray to whoever that Being is to you.....but worrying will only stress you more (is the xanax stating to work?? LOL....this is not funny. sorry....).....in the end, worrying achieves nothing (except ulcers and other stress-related conditions etc.) .......and duct tape is awesome, you know? but it'll only buy you 5 hours.
