hmmmm... i would recommend talking to your high school guidance counselor, they have access to all that kind of information. then i would talk to the admissions counselor at your college of choice, they will know about all kinds of stuff you may qualify for. actually both of the schools i applied to sent me letters to tell me i had been awarded their "academic merit" scholarship which is offered to all who qualify, so you dont even have to apply for some. of course, the schools i applied to were public and not at all prestigious. im sure if you are looking at the ivy league or something they dont really offer those generic scholarships. so if thats the case, i would just talk to the admissions counselor at the school.
