i ran into that same problem with goninedays, but all the covers are here:

they are kind of small, but you can copy them.

Actually the guys aim name is ninedaysrulez.. he has a good one for SHU at least and it should be more full-sized. Now that I think of it he didn't mention other covers but he might have them.
