i dont have a list for you, because my lists always end up being far too long. but there is this local blues artist that i saw at a coffee shop open mic night and fell in love with. actually i knew him before that, because i went to school with him, i sat next to him in sixth grade as a matter of fact. and i always knew he was somehting, but never did i think he could be this good. so anyway, his name is steve johnson and you can listen to some of his songs at:
http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/sjohnson now, he takes a little time to get used to, he has a real unique voice, but give him a chance. and make sure you listen to the last song, thats the best one. and of course, i may have a biased opinion, but i dont think so, i really think he is amazing.
With or without you - U2 (good for rainy, sad, breaking up days etc) Best I ever had (grey sky morning) - Vertical Horizon Don't go away - Oasis I will remeber you - Sarah McLachlan Rest stop - Matchbox Twenty Could go on and on...
