How do you...
pronounce Brian's last name??? Anyone know? We were giving our speeches for our groups in class today and I looked before I did mine and realized I didn't know how to say his name, and they all thought it was "Desvo".
Anywho, I am no where near done putting the whole speech together. I was thinking I'd bring in my CD player and play "Absolutely" have it say "This is the story of a girl" then stop it and be like "No, this is actually the story of Nine Days. And then I'm thinking I might try and get a bunch of friends together at someone's house and videotape everyone going "Woohoo Nine Days!" or something, and then show it at the end of my speech and be like "Give Nine Days a chance, and maybe some day you'll be like this:". That of course, might scare them out of it, but I still think it'll be funny to show that. Anywho, does anyone have any other creative ideas for it? Any help would be appreciated. ![]()
I like both ideas.. very creative..
Damn that girls got somethin... somethin. I absolutely love her when she smiles
pronounce Brian's last name???
i've always said Da vo,i could be wrong but he's never said anything ,well that and "yo bitch" he answers to both!! Post Edited (04-08-03 20:51)
LOL I'm sure my teacher would just love if I got up and referred to him as that.
![]() I guess I'll just go with Des-vo for now since that's what my group said and they'll notice if I change it, lol.
classic sic pup..
but maybe you should go with his first suggestion.. unless you want to sound like you hate brian for no reason. But who would want to do that to somebody? .... I absolutely love her when she smiles
I say Da vo like Lou. Lou is the nine days GOD. What he says goes. Lou ROCKS!

<<<How pitiful>>>
Oh.... be nice.... i really wasn't 100% serious.... LOL... (but Lou does know a lot) but to be serious, for once, now that I think back... it is da-vo (like the "a" sound in retArd") I know this because I heard him say it, in like November... If Ash or Lissa were here, they could back me (remember when we were chillin in Mt. Clemens and those younger girls were there and one was like Bri's relative somehow and they were talking about the name on the tix?) Anyhow. Just say Desvo. No one is really gonna know, well WE will but oh well we aren't your class. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SPEECH! Colleen.
Thanks for the luck, Colleen, I can use all I can get!
Soo I'm thinking I'll just say it Des-vo since that's what my group suggested. I don't think they'll check up on it, lol but I just wanted to know if any of you knew how to say it. ![]() |
