Speaking of singing.. I was in an all girls chior last year and with the main director, we used to do a warm up that said 'I lo-ove to sing" and then we got a student teacher and she had us do "I loo-oo-oove you" and we were singing that and the assistant director walked in and was like "Aww, you guys are too much.." or something like that, it was funny. (I miss chior ).

i miss choir too. sometimes i go to church just so i can sing the hymns.

Choir is awesome and so is band. I miss band too. I was standing in the performing arts building today after music, waiting for my friend to get done with her test and this guy walked by with a bari sax and it reminded me of band and how I miss it, hehe.

Whats everyone range? im a tenor but can hit a bit higher

I'm a tenor....there weren't enough guys in chorus...so my teacher recruited me from the altos. LOL

LOL, Melissa! One time this guy online told me that he sounded like Billy Gillman and considered himself to be a soprano, and I actually believed him. He was getting me back for telling him that my friend that he talked to played the trombone when she really didn't.

Anywho, I think I've got a really wide range from low alto to somewhat high soprano. If only I could sing in front of others, hehe.

If anyone is or was in band, what do you play? I played bass clarinet in our school's symphonic band and then I played clarinet in marching band. It was fun. ::nods::.

Other people matter if you want to be famous..

You matter if you only want to hear yourself sing and "be good" etc.

In any case we all could use some self love and others love about it.

All I'm saying is if you are trying to make it to the big time keep sucking so long as other people like you.

You can always be back up vocals if you play guitar good

i always wanted to be the fat guy in the Mighty Mighty BossTones who just runs around on stage, but i sort of got thrust into the frontman role.

oh well

i was able to get 300 kids at my school to jump up and down singing other people's songs, though, so maybe that's a decent start
