Izzard pilot gets greenlit

TVGuide is reporting that FX has greenlit a drama pilot called "Low Life" which stars Eddie Izzard as the father of a clan of con artists.

I think this news could make Genesis very happy.

Update: the series, now titled "The Riches" has been picked up by FX. 13 episodes will air sometime next year.

will it air in GB? and when? where is the website with this info as my main man is heavily into the izzard ;o)

I don't know if/when The Riches will air in the UK, probably some time after it airs in the US. So maybe next summer?

As for where to find the info, The Futon Critic is probably the best site.

Also, Minnie Driver plays Izzard's wife.
