Hey! Actually their first album is not so bad, I discovered it 2 years ago. There are couple of songs such as Complicated, Motivation Proclamation, Change which are really cool. They sometimes make acoustic performances which are amazing. Here in France, we can listen to Lifestyle of the rich and the famous for only a couple of weeks on the radio, but this second album isn't so good. Bye.

They're not my one of my favorites, but they're pretty good. My friend really likes them so she always plays their CD so I've heard it a lot..

No.. if you don't understand that you're really not..

They are just one of those groups people don't like now because they are on MTV a lot.. and even have their own show.. haha..

But remarkably they are still one of the most popular groups right now..

A lot of "hate" for them but fans are still coming out of somewhere..

They're my favourite band, after Nine Days naturally! Here in Italy they're not so famous, the first album didn't come out here but i've found the new album!

and i dont hate them because theyre "popular" or ON MTV... i hated them back when they released their first album.

i hate them because theyre in the new rolling stone, standing infront of an ANARCHY symbol that they probably didnt spray paint themselves, while wearing their own CLOTHING LINE. it's the biggest joke.. ever.

one of them wears, let's say, a rancid or black flag tshirt, and every 11yo girl in the country runs out and buys one at hot topic, having no idea who they are.

i'm not punk at all and they offend me.

besides, their music sucks.

this is of course a really brough generalization of 90% of their fans. people like hilary and others on this board are cool people, i have nothing against them or their musical tastes, and i even agree with that taste a lot of the times.

and mall punk to me is like good charlotte, new found glory, a simple plan, avril lavigne.. etc. ala MTV-defined punk.

ok, i can see if someone doesn't like the music. but how is it their fault that they wear a shirt of a band they like and the next day every girl has it? and that has only happened recently. when they first came out with their "gc" it definately wasn't like that.

and they are hot.

musically? eh. i've heard more stimulating things...
eye candy? sure, why not... hell i'd make out with them... but their music isn't amazingly original or creative...
