I CAN PLAY IT!!!!!!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry! This just feels as quite a big achievment for me! A friend of mine just taught me b and f chords and now I can play a (disjointed and slightly slow) Hotel California.

Happy days...

this is so very very wierd.....

hotel california.. the past i'd say few months.. hotel california has been 'the thing'. i mean.... last nite.. at my concert.. a student band played hotel california.. it apparently was amazing.. but i didn't hear.. cuz i was back downstiars stage .. sad smiley

can you actually play the song or are you one of those guys who plays the opening notes to the song and gets the basics of it down but when it comes down to actually playing the song and playing it well, they just don't get it

Well, i know the the entire song, so i've just got to improve my fingering (stop it) to get it all sorted.

For my first time i think its ok! I'll let you know how (and if) it improves

Actually, my fingering is improving day by day. Its all really down to practice. I can be a bit annoying not being able to do it fast enough, but practice makes perfect...
