why the **** would you trade Brandon Claussen, a pitcher who could be a solid starter for you for the next 10 years, especially with Clemens retiring, Wells' back problems, and Pettite's possible departure, for a right-handed third basemen hitting .270 when what you need is a relief pitcher because you only have one worth using in the bullpen
