it wasn't surprising but still unnerving because a little part of you says "well what's going on here..."

but then the Twilight Zone music kicks on in your head and you know "they're the Red Sox" and you can breathe easily.

i watched the game with a Met fan friend of mine who loathes the Yankees and was pulling for the Sox and he kept mocking me the entire night. but i think we know who got the last laugh there.

and as for the New York Rangers... just give them another 46 years
