I'm not talking about rudeness.....in that aspect they aren't so bad.....in other areas I'd love to kick them in the ass.
after spending a good bit of my summer in ny, when i came home it was really odd to me with ppl started saying yes ma'am and miss to me. If i went to a place to eat in ny id get so what'd ya want? i dont really care either way, but not hearing the ma'am or miss for a long time it really stuck out when i got home.
