Faint praise for Frenchmen

Forgive me for starting a post with so little value, but I feel a huge urge to sing the praises of French dance-rock band Phoenix.

Their new album, "Alphabetical", is one of the best CD's I've bought this year - maybe even the best. I picked it up today on a whim, and I certainly don't regret it.

It's kind of like Athlete meet the Beta Band meet Outkast meet somebody else who's cool.

Y'all should buy it! ;o)
