Where can the CD '17 Minutes And 38 Seconds In The Dark' be purchased?

the show in Baltimore a couple months ago, he threw out like 6 copies into the crowd after the show...so there may still be a few around...but probably just at shows
...so does that mean there is basically no way to get a hold of his album?
So, give the circumstances, is somebody gonna offer to send mp3s to this cat?
Cause if there's no way for him to get the EP anymore, I'd be happy to rip him the songs.

Well, this guy's a fan and wants to hear the songs, and the EP is not available for purchase - what would you suggest? How would you feel if you were in his position?
This place seems to severely lack empathy when it comes to stuff like this.

Don't expect people to send me anything...because....I'd consider helping a fan get songs that are unavailable to him?
I'm not worried about folks not sending me anything. Luckily there are some good people here, and I've never had a problem getting songs.
...and you're also insinuating that since this guy hasn't registered to this forum until now that he doesn't really like the band, their music, and doesn't deserve to hear **** that you, with your hundreds of posts on an internet message board, do.

do u know how many people have popped on the this and the other board looking for a song or cd.
just send him the songs the ep isnt for sale so i dont think its a big deal and its great music everybody should get a listen

Sure do. Tons and tons of them.
And in this instance, when there's no way for the dude to buy the record and support john or the band, I don't see the problem in sharing the love.
In fact, I only have a problem with looking down on the guy and telling him, "tough luck" you just registered so you don't deserve to hear these songs.

I truly appreciate all those who have so passionately come to my defense...
I am, in fact, a very big Nine Days fan, and have been since The Madding Crowd. Unfortunately, up until about a month ago, I had thought that Nine Days broke up. Luckily, I had the good sense to check up on the website, when it occured to me that I had not heard anything about the band in a while. I found this board and joined immediately. I am sorry that some people out there find that I am not a true fan just because I only recently stumbled across this site....

I'm with Brian on this one -- I'm sure John would want as many people as possible to hear his songs.
And also, this guy asked where it could be purchased, so I think it's safe to assume that if he had the chance he'd have bought it. He shouldn't be punished for being late. It's like saying that the majority of us here shouldn't get the first three albums since we weren't around when they came out.
OK, since it has been beyond confirmed that John's album is unavailable for purchase, is there anybody out there who would be kind enough to share any of the following songs:
- She Won't Get Away
- The In Crowd
- Anywhere
- Sweeter Than
???
