I saw Tom Petty Last Night

Absolutely amazing show! Anyone ever see him live??


Well I see Goo Goo Dolls next week so im hoping they are as good live as ive heard they were.

first concert i ever saw was tom petty, back in '99. free tickets, 9 rows back... i've never had seats like that again. then i saw him again a couple of years ago. both very excellent concerts. supposedly he's gonna stop touring, which i hope is bull because i wanna see him one last time before he stops.

I think this is his last tour with the Heartbreakers and I think he will continue touring but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have his new CD? If so is it good?

i have his new cd. it's good. not that rockin', but still good. slower, acoustic, introspective kind of stuff. it's no "wildflowers" or "full moon fever", though (his other two "solo" albums).
