I was really pulling for my poor Bulls but it turns out a third place MLS team doesn't have much of a chance against the best club team in the world.

True story: I've managed to get people together to play on a weekly basis and last week while going up for a header I was elbowed in the face. I won the ball, though. Felt like a man.

Football/Soccer rules.... fortunately I get to see the DC United play, and while they are no where near European soccer level they are talented, and by far the best team in the MLS, hopefully good soccer will one day come to the US

VICTORY TONIGHT 7-5.

4 goals for Mike including a penalty and the game winner. I fucked up yet again on this beautiful cross that should've gone right in. Hitting a moving ball that's coming in sideways is impossible, I've decided.

Sorry that United's losing to the Bulls tomorrow, Kevin, but we're just an unstoppable force now, especially with Djorkaeff back.

Arena's probably going to put Meola in, though, and take back the Captaincy from Guevara, which scares me.

Adu never touched the ball the the Bulls had AT LEAST six opportunites to take the lead in the second half alone. United was outplayed and outclassed. Our problem was not being able to finish or complete a good cross. We should've won at least 2-0.
