Alright, so I absolutely suck at writing thesis statements. I'm writing a paper right now that analyzes a political advertisement (if you want to watch it, it's on youtube if you search George Bush and Ashley Faulkner). I want my thesis to say something about the effectiveness of the commercial.
Should I flat out say that the commercial is effective, or should I say that the viewer needs to understand the issues of the time period before deciding for themselves if it's effective?
That was probably a very confusing sentence, and I understand if no one responds, though Mike brags about his writing so I'd expect no less than a response from him
