I did a few years ago, and they were good. Halve the recipe unless you want a LOT of cookies. I've also started using the ground oatmeal in other cookie recipes too -- substitute it for half of the white flour. It's better for you and adds a nice texture.

With a grater, silly. winking smiley I have a stainless steel box grater, and I just rubbed the chocolate bar on the side with the largest holes. It was messy, but cleaning up was tasty...

I could see myself having great difficulty with that task since it's so thin...haha. I should try it some time... or maybe not, I'd have a mess similar to what Sofi just mentioned... coming from my fingers.
