First time posting in a couple months, but I'll share my plans for Labor Day Weekend:

USA vs. Mexico, soccer. World Cup Qualifier- Columbus, Ohio.

I just had a ham sandwich and it was soooooo friggen good.

im sorry ive never known why theres no white after labor day...anyone care to explain to my unintelligent self?

and i'll most likely be at work tho id rather drink with friends, since im goin back to school on wednesday...

Why is it called Labor day and why does everyone get the day off. What is it we don't have it the UK.

I think that Labor Day is a celebration of the working man, blue collar workers..etc...that type of stuff.


But I'm sure Mike (that would be "concertless" Mike) will give a nice two paragraph explanation of the holiday and why it is wrong to enjoy it.

Fewer and fewer places do.

isn't it ironic that labor day is supposedly in honor of "blue collar workers"...but in all actuality, the blue collars among us are the ones who find themselves working 7 shifts in 4 days while those of us with white collars are out on a boat somewhere with a beer in their hand fully enjoying the last breath of summer?

basically white collar workers are middle class and are office workers, and lawyers, doctors etc, and blue collar is supposed to be more manual.

parties all weekends, enjoying the last real weekend of summer (even though school has started for me)

i'm about to cry about my summer being over.
i move on sunday morning. and monday i suppose i'll be decorating and organizing or at the beach. i think i vote for option 2 even though rhode island beaches suck ass.
