how do you post pictures on this board?
"I am going to paste an image." = [ img ]
"The image is here." = http://www.tate.org.uk/collection/T/T07/T07517_9.jpg "I've finished posting the image." = [ /img ] Full line = [ img ]http://www.tate.org.uk/collection/T/T07/T07517_9.jpg[ /img] Gives you = (With no spaces.) When you write the address of the picture, you have to write the address of the actual image, not just the webpage that it's on. So when you find the webpage, right click the picture, then depending on what browser you're using: Internet Explorer: Hit 'properties', and then copy the text where is tells you the address (URL) of the picture. Firefox: Hit 'Copy image location.' Anything else: Use common sense in finding it. The address you put for the picture should end in something suitably image based, ie 'jpg', 'gif'. NOT '.html' Post Edited (03-09-06 16:15) ~ Sofi ~ "And so tomorrow there will be another number for the one who had a name."

thanks. i thought it was going to be complicated, but it's really simple like posting a link.
how do you know all this stuff. just a thought - do you know how you would turn the picture into a link. eg: when you click on on the picure it brings you to a site. hey brian, you can post your bruce springsteen photo now.
[ url=Site you want to link to] [ img ] Image you want to show [ /img ] [ /url ]
