I finally listened to it and I must say that I love the CD. It's awesome and Brand New Me is different. The arrangements are a little different and its a little more orchestral.
Personally, I like John's solo version of it with pretty much the guitar and piano. The Piano in the new version fades into the background along with John's voice. In the solo version, his vocals are real

upstge, I hear your point. Really, I do.
However, I just feel it would be an injustice and somewhat selfish if some of John's stuff does not get out there and shared with the rest of the world.
