Yes, Jeremy certainly was the former keyboardist for Nine Days. I have met him, his wife, his sister and his parents at various gigs in the past. He is a great guy!

There are five tracks, just as the samples are listed on the web site.

The cover design and photo on John's CD are top-notch!
And I was delighted to see that the photo and design
were done by the one and only Jeremy (former keyboard
player for 9). I was happy to see his name and realize
that the guys are obviously still on good terms.

I think "Anywhere" has a lot of potential for some radio play, especially on WLIR. The chorus/hook is AWESOME!! GO JOHN!! Even the little intro guitar part is perfect, it draws you into the song.
My second favorite song is "She Won't Get Away." After that I like "The In Crowd." These three songs are FANTASTIC and they alone are well worth buying a copy of the

I live in CT and I get my CD on Thursday. I ordered it the
same day that John first announced that it is available.

Yes!! The CD arrived in the mail today. I think everyone
is going to love it.
I am so glad that John (and Nine Days) have control
over there own music now and they can actually release
CDs when they say they will.
Let's all support the band as much as we can because
it it hard to make it without a major label behind you.

John,
Just to let you know, you might want to consider sending
the CDs out via "Media Mail." CDs qualify for this postage
rate. It would be about $1.20 per CD. Of course it might
take a little longer in the mail, but it might boost your CDs
sales quite a bit to not have almost 50% of the cost per
CD eaten up in priority mail costs.
A big fan,
Ron

For a cool, smaller venue, come to Connecticut and play at Shenanigan's in Norwalk. You can even come by way of the ferry from Port Jeff. Tell me what size venue you are looking for and I can give you other suggestions.
Rock on!! I cannot wait to buy your CD and the new NineDays CD!!

I think Bitter is their best song overall. It rocks (half ballad though), it has great lyrics and emotion, and the arrangement is beautiful.
After a horrible break up, I listened to that song every day for about a year. I would play my guitar along with it and rock out to get my mind off things. I even play it on acoustic guitar when I am playing guitar gigs (I play acoustic guitar at cocktail p

Okay people, let's hear why you think YOU are the biggest Nine Days fan...
Here is why I think I am:
!) I have seen them perform in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and North Carolina.
2) I have personally met each of the original band members (not just shook hands, but had conversations).
3) I play (on guitar) and sing at least five different Nine Days songs.
4) I was at the Bitter

It is so nice of you to send out CDs. You sent me the WLIR acoustic show that I had missed on the radio and I really appreciate it.
THANK YOU!!

John,
I was delighted to read your message about your solo CD. When and where will it be available? Will you be selling it online?
Because of what happened with everyone waiting for SHU, it would
be reassuring to know that it will be readily available.
I am a HUGE fan and I have met you in person many times (dating
back to the Bitter End when you first played "If I Am" and "Stor

By any chance, was anyone able to tape John's acoustic performance the other night? Any chance of getting it onto CD or MP3?

Hi Melissa, where are you from? Have you ever met the guys from the band in person? When did you last see them play?

Sorry everyone, I was just venting my frustrations as a fan. I have loved this band since I first saw them by chance at the Bitter End about five years ago.

Although I am a HUGE Nine Days fan, I have a feeling that by next summer the band will break up and John will start something new on his own.
A lot of people already have So Happily Unsatisfied from the web, and Good Friend has already had radio air time. This does not bode well for the new album.
Also, perhaps it is in Brian's best interests to separate from the band since John is clearly

Are there any MP3s of the June 16 acoustic show available to download?

The traffic and the heat were both horrible, but the concert was great.
They played all but four songs from Madding Crowd (they didn't play Wanna Be, 257 Weeks, Crazy, or Sometimes).
From SHU, they played Favorite Song, Good Friend, Beautiful, I Fee Fine, Marvelous and Ocean.
Then they did a cool jam to All Along the Watch Tower.
The drummer got confused a couple of times, but was prett

I spoke to Brian before the show last night and he was nice enough to play Bitter for me by request. Thanks again Brian!
It was VERY hot at the Meadowlands Fair last night, but it was worth it to see the band. I do miss not having Jeremy there on the keys though.

Bitter!!
It's the best song on the CD. If they had made a cool video for that and gotten it on the radio, I think it could have been a smash hit ballad for them. It would have been the perfect follow up to Story of a Girl, instead of If I Am. (Not that If I Am is not way cool, but Bitter is better.)

Does anyone know when Nine Days will go on tonigt? The Meadowlands Fair web site says 7:30, but it also lists a guest artist performing.

I think they should just find a local drummer. There is plenty of talent in and around NYC.

I have met all of the guys from the band in person and I always thought Jeremy was the nicest of them. I used to love the way he would rock the whole keyboard while he was playing. I even met his mom and fiance once (before he got married).
Anyway, thank you for the update!

Is it true that Jeremy (keyboards) and Vinnie (drums) have both left the band? Does anyone know why? Obviously they will need a new drummer, but will they bring in a new keyboardist as well?
