Just got this yesterday, 2 words: Amazing/Brillent. This album is really good every song on there could be a single.
If you get the UK version you get 14 tracks (3 are bonus tracks), it's really 13 tracks if you don't count track 12 which is not a song just the producer's kids talking and background noise.
Best songs are 'hands open', 'you're all I have

Run, spitting games, and some where a clock is ticking, are the best tracks on 'final straw'.

It's out this monday in the UK, 9th May in USA.
How good is 'set the fire to the 3rd bard' featuring Martha Wainright, I heard that track in full on the radio.

I don't think anyone went then or they would have been talking about it on here. Thats weird.
You had to email JH to be on the guest list to go. If I lived in New York I would of gone, because it's at a college students must turn up - it's FREE!.

''if fans start insisting that "he should set a deadline and release it or he'll never finish it", that'll be a major turnoff to john and add one more thing to the pile that he doesn't need - pressure from the fans.''
This is not pressure I am sure there are lot of other people on the board

Why would you not want a major record deal when you get tour all over the world, make videos, you might win some awards, and you make loads of money if your doing well.

Well it's been 1 year now since John said his solo was coming out. He should just set a deadline and release it or he will never finish it. It's been 3 years since 17minutesand38secondsinthedark EP.
Spending too much time on album can spoil it, eg - over produced.
And whats happened to Brian he hasn't posted for a while. I thought he got a deal when he did a showcase last year in
