Studio update 8/16

we are going for a very 'live' feel on this record, so we tracked the songs as a band as opposed to doing each instrument seperately...we've always taken this approach but its been interesting to do it with a new drummer...it still sounds like us! i dont know exactly what we were expecting, but its been great...we are 'producing' this ourselves and that is going to make this 100% what we want it to be...there are more acoustic guitars, yet the songs rock...there are drum loops, yet the songs rock...there may even be a banjo, yet the songs rock...the piano and hammond is still an important part of our sound and it will be there...i hope you all like it, but even if you dont, i do!

(p.s. clareinoz, there's a cello in all Living End songs. look at the line-up. there's a drummer, guitarist, and a...cello-player? is that the right word? lol)

Cellist (pronounced "Chel-list") is the word you're after. Or "Super-o-cellodude", depending on how mad you are.

No, there is also a string instrument called a double bass, i think it's like a really big bass.
