dirty poet
Hmmmm... It's slow. Quite slow. Well, at least this version was.
All I remember of the lyrics are: "?...Turn your head and lie? But I can tell the ?fountain? from the well You were my heaven I was your hell" I'm not exactly sure on anything except the last line though... Colleen might remember some more.
for those still confused about what "Dirty Poet" is, it's a song that the band recorded for "So Happily Unsatisfied" that they didn't include on the final album.
according to the bands old studio journal, 14 songs were recorded during the "SHU" sessions, and "Dirty Poet" and "Lee Lee" were the two that didn't make the final cut.

Not entirely true, there were many many songs completed. We only have names for three though, which are; Dirty Poet, Leelee and Stay (There were other names that got thrown around in the journals and at live shows, but whether or not they recieved a final treatment is unknown.)
