Flying the Corporate Jet
Finished my first listen... and I just can't stop playing "Something Has Gone Wrong". Great song!! "The Moment" is great too, I can't wait to see how it sounds live.
Jury is still out on whether FCJ will take SHU's spot in my rotation... I'll have to give it a couple more listens. SHU is just so damn good, I don't know if it can be toppled. Effin' SONY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll be posting my full review of the album soon....but for now I'll say this - I love Brian's songs...totally digging the solos in his tunes, and on "Something Has Gone Wrong" and "Devil You Know" John has grown so much in the way he's expanded his sound...I absolutely love the feel of these songs, the production, the guitar sound....I even hear hints of the Edge as the guitar is a bit U2-esque.

Well, not a regular American, but an American nonetheless. I help run 3eb.co.uk with my friend Adam, who is from England, which is why the site is on UK servers. I have had a copy of FTCJ fot two days now, and I have to say it;s great. Some songs stood immediately for me (Wonderful, The Moment and The Devil You Know) while others need to grow on me (17 And 33)... But it's absolutely excellent!
Thanks! John =============== "We'll never know 'till we try..."
