Nine Days Music Downloads... Will they ever be back?

People kept saying that linked to in the newb thread would come back up, but it still hasn't... I gave up waiting but now I'm back, and I want to know, is anyone EVER going to make a new source for downloading "So Happily Unsatisfied" and the band's old old stuff?
