nothing's particularly wrong with them, but just because it's free doesn't mean it can be handled properly. i was obliterated.
it also made me want to be the next one to buy john a shot.

whoah... i was drinking pure mexican tequilla a few weeks ago... so smooth.. no hangover... was awesome... 40 bucks a bottle.. but it was a party.. so i wasnt paying..... did about 25 shots ... .... now thats obliterated!.... it was awesome

Hmm here's an intersting story while we are on the alcohol topic.
Last night i went out with my friend to see this band that she saw last weekend in Atl. City. I guess she liked the guitar player. They wound up hanging out in AC.
Then last night, he kept coming over between his sets. So this one time he came over when I was about to buy a round. So of course i asked if he wanted something. So he said sure. My friend and I both got beers then we got to him and he ordered a round of tequila for all of us and then a beer. Who does that??? I'm glad I already had started a tab, b/c I didn't have that much cash on me.
He actually tried to do that again on my friends round. But then he had to go on stage b/c the rest of the band was already up there.
He was really nice and sweet besides that though. But I couldn't believe it. My friend said she didn't like him anymore after that. But that was defintley not true b/c I got stuck hanging out with his dorky friend with a personality of a door knob for the rest of the night. Still a good night though.

Melissa thats not too bad i buy ed's band 12 or more shots at a time and there's only 6 guys in the band and only 3-4 that drink ,oh and 25 shots is't alot !!

Yeah but that's different if you ask someone if they want a shot. He ordered them on my tab, when i just wanted to get him a drink. He's just a matter of being polite or rude.

and mike - technically it was 4 shots for 10 bucks, so its not really 5 per shot. i guess. kind of lost track...

Pssh oh man whats so great about drinking? Number one alcohol is a depressant, number two = BAD hangovers, and number three, doesnt even taste all that great and is mad expensivo. Maybe I'm just missin out on the good stuff.....

well, i'm 15 so technically i guess i shouldn't even be in this little topic....but i dunno, it just seems the people who go out to get "wasted" or some such garbage are stupid. yea, i've tried alcohol, never actually had an entire drink (besides like a pina colada or margarita or something) but beer and hard alcohol is so gross. now there are like 2 exceptions, this fine beer from the caymans and the nice dark guiness types from Ireland....but other than that i don't get it. more power to you if you wanna go get plastered or whatever at a party but i just fail to understand the appeal of it. i'd rather land a girl cause she's interested, not cause she's so **** face she doesn't know the difference between me and the coat rack.

nah, being 15 has nothing to do with it. it's your right and your opinion. stuff's not for everyone, and i can't do it all the time like a lot of people can, i have it down to once a month. a lot of it has to do with who your friends are, because if you're drinking alone then that's a whole other form of ridiculousness.
then there was the night that i drank almost an entire bottle of capt morgans spiced rum & ended up in the hospital...yeah.
but thats because you werent watching what you were drinking, ass.

Amen to that. I used to be pretty damn bad, to the point of keeping a bottle of rum stashed in the back of my locker at school. I could hardly get through a school day sober, and when I started needing to drink to sleep at night I decided enough was enough and I'm alot better now, and I only do it at parties in the company of others.
