Brians 'Alive Today' cd purchase

Okay, I went on Brians Website to finally purchase his cd (I know I know, bad bad me for not getting it earlier ) and when I clicked on buy now the Paypal site popped up and said " Error detected this recipient is currently unable to recieve money." Does anyone know if Brian isn't planning on selling anymore of them over the internet, or if I just need to wait until I can purchase it with paypal....maybe I just missed something.
