Sox will do shitty, sad but true. Statistically and with thier players, I just dont think they'll be able to make it that far again next year unless they just really work it. I'm going to go with Cubs or Yanks. Even though I LOVE the Sox and want them to... you cant fight the power. I wouldnt mind Cardinals either though... eh.



OH YEAH! And speaking of countdowns, only 13 more days 'til Boston John comes to visit! :-D

pfft, yanks won't win, they have too many clubhouse problems to work out, and all of your players are OLD. They let go of Wells because they wanted to go young then they sign on Johnson for whatever ridiculous amout and he's....what? 40? nope, yanks will (as always) make the playoffs, but no more

true, but jeter is getting older and johnson i give 5 more REASONALBE seasons before he's done albeit a serious injury...they're letting that clubhouse age more than they should that's all i'm saying. plus, there are some clashing personalities that could cause some problems

Jeter's 30. He's got a decade in him.

I'll gladly take 5 seasons from Johnson. I'm thinking 2, maybe 3 tops.

As for an old clubhouse, yeah. It's a shame that they've destroyed their farm system. They had some real prospects if they wanted to give them a chance.

i myself have had baseball tryouts since monday continuing through the rest of the week. it's much fun, final cuts are monday so i'll tell ya'll how i did when i get home on tuesday.

and since when have the Brewers not sucked? although i love going to Miller Park cause you can buy tickets at the window and you're like 8 rows up right in front of 3rd base....it's amazing

i live in Chicago, and we practicie in our field house. it's all indoor. we have about an inchish of snow sitting ont he ground right now so no actually outside playing for a little while

oh and mike, could one not attribute Bond's lack of homers to his recent knee surgery? i don't necessarily believe that would be the reason, but i garauntee he'll use that as an excuse
