Fankoo. (Loving the blue jelly. Is there such a thing though Sof? IS THERE? Dum-dum-duuuuuum.)
I have stories about how I nearly died today (seriously), and also stories about how amazing I turned out to be at paintball. Woo. But right now, I need to shower. As 'drinkies' are abouts to commence. ... I ache so bad. And tomorrow I will have bruised like a peach. Guaranteed. ... And before any one of you sarcy gits say something smart, its because of the paintballing, not the age. ) Post Edited (03-09-05 14:39)

I put the 'pain' in paintball. I can barely move without whincing today. I have a body and its name is 'hurt'.
Anywho, the reason I nearly died on the day of my birth is because of the hired minibus driver who fell asleep at the wheel, doing 110mph, on the M1. You seriously almost read about my mangled corpse in the papers today. ... I have never been more afraid for my life, in my life... As far as the paintballing went, it was awesome. I won the very first game for our team. It was a proud moment raising the Brit flag in the enemy fort. Taking the role of 'the shouty man' who tells the rest of his team how to move up the battlefield. There was one game where I took two paintballs to the eye guard therefore making me essentially blind. So I lobbed a smoke grenade and just ran straight ahead firing luminous gobs of green ballery into the woodland mist. I managed to shoot my mate in the ass. I heard the muffled cries of agonising hurt as the guy fell face first into a ditch, as I blindly collided with a rather large tree. Sadly however, he re-paid my act of suicidal, kamikaze warfare by shooting me in the lower back in our next game, from a distance of about 5 metres, and these paintballs were travelling at 160mph. Suffice to say, I fell, rolled about in the mud and cursed for a good few minutes. All in all, it was an eventful day. That ended with much alcofrolics. Though, quite frankly, I'm just happy to still be alive. Post Edited (03-10-05 14:18)
