its a funny story
i spent the night last night.....it was like 2 am and we were watching Troy in his bed....anyways...i had shoved the remote on the other side bedind me....and he reached over me to what i thought was to turn the volume up....but he couldnt reach,....in the mean time of him doing so...he dropped the ring box on the other side of me...sp when i went to reach the remote...i got the box...opened it and saw it was empty......and i thought it was him fucking around with me because he does and i love him for it......but he then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him....and i said yes.....
he is the most amazing guy I have ever met......

these two juvinille delinquents in plymouth do... but they have to go to jail first... and then when they both turn sixteen they're allowed to get married.
[and in england 16 is the age of consent and its the age you can get married... though i'm pretty sure you have to be 18 to drive LMAO]

No no its 17 to drive, and i'm pretty sure you need consent to get married at 16 in the uk, 17 without. I am no law student however so dont quote me!
You can apply for a provisional license at 16, I believe.
You can apply but i dont think it applies until you hit 17, I dont know anyone that started to drive on public roads until they were 17. But hey could be wrong.
I know they changed the Theory Test shortly after I passed it, so maybe the ages changed too. Either way I've been road legal for four years I think now.
Still can't afford to run a car though. Not even slightly. Good job I live in the city. Don't really need to.
You can apply for one, but they won't send it to you until the day of you're 17.

You know, ive always just popped in here and there on this Nine Days forum, but never was motivated to register, but i do have to say!!! I LOVE that story. Its just so damn cute and creative, I hope when i do pop the big Q one of these days, it'll be just as magnificent! Anyways.... CONGRATS!!!! =D
You know, some jewelers here in seattle, like EE Robins (the engagement ring store) or something (ive heard it over the radio), tell true stories of couples and how they got engaged in their ads. You two should tell that story or something to a jeweler, cause i think it was very sweet how he did it! Anyways, I can tell from the story that hes a wonderful guy.
