Where's my CD?

I purchased Flying the Corporate Jet in October and haven't received it. I've sent many e-mails and haven't gotten any response. Has anyone received their copy during this time period.

Ha Ha yeah it happaned to me too man the only thing you can do is wait or refund your money. But i got it eventually
