I'd come. The music venue scene in the burgh is dying. Some venues close and open three times in the matter of months. Changing names, and what not. I guess a desveaux solo show would be at Club cafe (glen philips, edwin mccain, lisa loeb), hard rock cafe (flickerstick- at least 4x year, butch walker pre-letters, Recently vertical horizon and stroke9), or rex theatre (bowling for soup, sparta, H2O)...some of the smaller venues around town. The listed bands are just examples of the calibur of artists that have played at each.
I remember that show at the tent (chvrolet ampitheatre now - was ic light) by the river at station square with TEB, vert horiz, and 9days. I remember that the power wasn't on for the first half of your opener - Revolve. Maybe that's why it's my fav 9days song. That's when i became a fan too. I hadn't bought the madding crowd before that night (08/02/00), but bought it soon after. I guess I was one hit wonder skeptical before I saw 9days live. BOy, I was wrong.
