No its not. At 16 you can consent to having sex, but if an 18 year old has sex with someone under 18 it's still statutory rape. It's all unnecessarily complicated, but you won't really get in trouble for it once you're over 16.

Ahahahaha and this is why I love you all. Kevin, dont worry about it, I still *heart* you. Lets see... on my birthday, I went shopping in Toronto with my french exchange student and another family, then we drove home after a great lunch at this wicked french place... so it was good overall. Usually I get to pick a place to go anywhere in the world for my birthday but this year since I had an exchange student so I couldnt... but we spent the weekend in Toronto and saw Mama Mia and Mideival times and a bunch of other stuff... fun fun. I'm getting my permit tomorrow.. (WHOO!!) OH MY GOSH.

GET THIS. Boston John didnt call me on my birthday. Or the day after. Or the day after. Or after. So he gets online yesterday and I'm like... uhm... wow, where are you?!?! and he's like.. oh yeah I'm in Rochester. I was like.. wow, WAY TO FREAKING TELL ME. And I was really pissed off but then he came over and I was too happy to be mad....


And for anyone else who cares... his mom called me today to tell me he was too sick to come over this weekend and that he's going back to Boston without seeing me which made me really sad, but I thought it was so cute she called me, and she was like "If I was his girlfriend, I would want to know" And she called me his girlfriend! And it was cute. Mmmkay thats it!
