anyone else ever done one?? I just did the Accenture Chicago Triathlon this morning and i gotta say for how sore i am i had a lot of fun doing it. well worth getting up at 4 this morning and going into the city

4 AM is my enemy, avoided at all costs.

How far was it? And what orde do you do everything in? Running or cycling when you're all soggy would not be nice.

it was a half mile swim, 14 mile bike, and a 5k. I actually did the 'sprinter' course, the pro course is a mile swim, 25 mile bike, and a 10k. crazy fun though.

actually sof, i wore a wetsuit in the water for the swim (lake michigan isn't terribly warm) and when i took it off for the bike i didn't feel that soggy at all, which suprised me.

Half mile swim? Pssssh. That's nothing. I swim at least 5 miles a day! ;-) But then again... I don't bike afterwards, and usually only run 8 miles or so.
