Better Days is going to be the first single of a Target Holiday Album (or something like that). However, it will not likely be on the album they are actually recording now, which they are supposedly 60ish% done with. Hopefully we get a little more raw (translation= heavier rock) stuff like they did with A Boy Named Goo, but regardless of what it sounds like I have no doubt that it will be great.

Throw in the towel??? No i think your band should throw in the towel...or

never be let in the ring...

I think you ought to branch out and stop listening to and "loving" the same six songs over and over and over and over again.

i can't believe the goo goo dolls have been around as long as i have! 19 years...crazy. are they coming out with a new cd soon after the new single? *crosses fingers*

The new single, "Better Days", will be on some Target holiday compilation album. Their new CD will be out in early 2006, though I'm not sure if it will have Better Days on it or not.

The official release date of Better Days is tomorrow (9-20). I think the goal was to release Better Days in time enough to possibly win a Grammy (or maybe some other award, don't follow the awards here).

As much as I agree, I wouldn't count on it.

However, the Live In Buffalo DVD has them performing everything with the edge that A Boy Named Goo had.
