Just because they slow down the voice, doesn't mean that's who the Carver is. Anybody could be doing the voice due to convenience sake, or for a variety of other reasons.

That said, I haven't listened to the audio and if anyone reveals who it is I will fuckin' hunt you down and treat you like a Carver victim.

(Okay, I really wouldn't do that, but people need to be cool about **** like this.)
