I just crapped my pants...

...after listening to the new Yellowcard album (Lights and Sounds).

I thought Ocean Avenue was good, well **** that's just the half of it. They've turned everything up a notch. Start with "Sure Thing Falling. That song is just unbeleivable. Even the slower songs are exceptional. What can I say? Just listen to it for yourself and tell me i'm not crazy!

I was hoping this was going to be a drunken story about an unfortunate bowel movement... Ah well.

To be honest, I've never heard much Yellowcard. I was a bit disappointed with what I have heard though. I heard they had a violinist, which sounded pretty nifty, but there didn't seem to be much prominent violin.

I don't like the Lights and Sound tune. It seems a little stock.

No violin to be heard on it, either. If you have a violin in your band it can't be an occassional gimmick, you've got to use it like on those first two singles they put out which I liked to an extent.
