Closer is really quite a longwinded film

I don't understand why all four of them don't just make a big loving passionate hating thing of it.

do you mean a orgy between the four of them? because that's how i thought it should have ended.

i do like the movie a lot though. love, relationships, and infidelity are painful things and the film captures that well.

Yeah. Just with all the switching around, and how they can't make up their fucking minds, if you threw them all together at least they'd all be happy with the situation for a while. AND they could Mix and Match. And the ending pretty much sucked, since you know that one of them is gonna change their minds within a year or so.
