AHH HELP! nightmare

you guys i walked into my office and i heard blaring music i thought, well thats odd i didn't put my music player on when i left and its a fucking live feed of the ordinary boys (ie worst band EVER with the most annoying ugly singer EVER) and i can't turn it off. i don't know what to do! help! i don't even know how its coming out of my speakers!
