my mariner gets better gas milage than my dads ford ranger and my mom's chevy mini van


and actually better milage than about half the people i know's cars

EDIT: Everyone's favorite source of information, Wikipedia, says European cars, because they are wee, get about 50 mpg, U.S. cars about 30 and an SUV about 16, on average.

I live at the top of a hill, of maybe 200 metres. My brother drives a Renault Clio and is very conscious of his fuel consumption (seriously, he pretty much doesn't brake unless it's absolutely necessary cos it's 'fuel inefficient') as petrol's pretty expensive here. One night he was driving me home and reset the fuel efficiency thingy at the bottom of the hill and STILL got 34.

30 SUCKS.
