sure did.......

it wasnt that bad.......almost an exact blueprint of the original.

warning to those who may be sensitive to (failrly) recent events: there are a few images of the burning twin towers and the tsunami in the beginning.

i happen to really enjoy liev schriber which is why i went and saw it.

like i said, if you've seen the original and you aren't a fan of anyone in the movie (except the kid- who happened to freak me out quite a bit) then you can skip it....or at least don't fork over full price admission for it.

It was on 1010wins here in NY. For those who arent local. 1010 is a all news station--24/7---very serious---all business.


yesterday they had a correspondent at the town of Hell, Michigan. Everyone in the town was all amped up about the day and the owner of the village store was selling all souvenir items regarding the town at $6.66. Basic stuff.

When the story was sent back to the newsroom, the voice on the radio stated---in the most serious of voices...


"Of course, should the apocolypse happen today, stay tuned to 1010wins for full team coverage"
