Does tape demagnetizer same as tape head cleaner? anyone knows about this?

No, a tape head demagnetizer is not the same as tape head cleaner. I don't think head demagnitizers are used much anymore. A tape head cleaner is going to involve a liquid solution or "abrasive" fabric of some sort.

I'd use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab (Q-tip) to clean the head and forget about demagnetizing - but that's just me.
