ninedays - "Slow Motion Life (Part One)" available on January 19, 2007.
Holding the finished prototype CD, with finished artwork is a thrill. No matter how many times i do this, it is still such a joy to see all the work and stress turn into a completed piece of art. I have been picking it up and staring at it, off and on for the last few hours. It's real. It's cool.
The CD will be available for order online (with an updated, guaranteed shipping system) on Friday, January 19; and, of course, available at the next nights show, Sat. January 20, at the Boulton Center in Bay Shore, NY. All orders will be shipped within a maximum of two business days (MOn-Fri,9am-5pm EST) of being placed. We will also have music available for download (ala Itunes, etc...) a little further down the line. Even though everyone just downloads music into an MP3 player, we want to issue the the first pressing as a full, physical CD; call us romantics; or just out of date. The title, "Slow Motion Life," is from a line in a song called "Alive" that will be on Part Two. Ah yes, "Slow Motion Life (Part Two)" will be released early Summer 2007. We're already working on it. ninedays "Slow Motion Life (Part One)" 1. A Girl In California 2. Suddenly (A Brown Eyed Girl)" 3. Worth Fighting For 4. Just as Through With You 5. New Shoes 6. Brand New Me Check www.myspace.com/9days on Monday night for a preview of new songs as well as the front cover art, which Jeremy worked hard to complete upon deadline. I'm not complaining, that's one of my favorite songs and i'll love to hear a new rendition.

any song from ninedays or from former solo projects will be perfect to the second part of the album. the more the marrier (sorry i don't know how to write it...).
there are a lot of great songs from solo projects (Angels On Vacation, Spotlights, Where Are My Friends, So Unfair, Welcome To, Best We'll Ever Be..., i'm sure everyone here has his own favorites list of his own) personally i would like to hear a band version of "Day By Day" - i allways thought it has that special ninedays vibe, and then someone wrote here that it is actually a song from "The Madding Crowd" era, which mad a lot of sense. someone knows what about "I Want You To Remember" & "Good With Nothing More"? are they going to be in the 2nd part? anyway, what i'm trying to say is that we are all have to be greatfull for the new EP that will be out very very soon, and that our most beloved artists are generous enought to share with us so much free music and so many free mp3's all these years. we must support them and buy a lot of cd's!
